Billing Structure
Section titled “Billing Structure”Charges are calculated on an hourly basis using a standard of 672 hours per month (28 days). If the actual month has more than 28 days, no additional charges apply.
Key Billing Terms
Section titled “Key Billing Terms”- Charges are deducted from the customer’s credit balance at the defined hourly rate.
- A minimum charge of 1 hour applies immediately upon server creation — no refund is issued even if the server is cancelled before then.
- If the credit balance is insufficient, the system will automatically suspend the server. Data will be deleted after 24 hours if no credit is added.
